RESOLUTION NO. 2017-484
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACTS ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS OF JULY, 13TH, 2017 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS JULY 17TH, 2017 FOR THE FY 2018 ASH
STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 936, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Ash Street Drainage Improvements, Contract No. 936, be
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction the FY 2018 Ash Street Drainage
Improvements, Contract No. 936, be scheduled for July 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 17'h day of July 2017,to hold
a public hearing in conjunction with the FY 2018 Ash Street Drainage Improvements, Contract
No. 936.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
