RESOLUTION NO. 2017-501
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 REHABILITATION OF
TAXIWAY CHARLIE AT WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT,
BID PACKAGE NO. 1 OF 2, FAA GRANT NO. 45.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Rehabilitation of Taxiway Charlie at Waterloo Regional Airport,
Bid Package No. 1 of 2, FAA Grant No. 45, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Rehabilitation of Taxiway Charlie at Waterloo Regional
Airport, Bid Package No. 1 of 2, FAA Grant No. 45, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 26, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2017 Rehabilitation of Taxiway Charlie at Waterloo Regional Airport, Bid Package No. 1
of 2, FAA Grant No. 45, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26`f'day of June 2017.
