RESOLUTION NO. 2017-502
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 REHABILITATION OF
TAXIWAY CHARLIE AT WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT,
BID PACKAGE NO. 1 OF 2, FAA GRANT NO. 45.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-501, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Rehabilitation of Taxiway Charlie at Waterloo
Regional Airport, Bid Package No. 1 of 2, FAA Grant No. 45, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on June 26, 2017 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June 2017.
