RESOLUTION NO. 2015-223
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH UNITE PRIVATE NETWORKS LLC AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-of-Way Lease Agreement dated March 30, 2015, for
Unite Private Networks LLC to place a communication system in the
City of Waterloo right-of-way, by and between the Unite Private
Networks LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of March, 2015 .
