RESOLUTION NO. 2017-513
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $190,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE LEVEE SANITARY GATEWELL REPAIR PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 26, 2017, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $190,000.00, in
conjunction with the Levee Sanitary Gatewell Repair Project, is hereby approved and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June 2017.
