RESOLUTION NO. 2015-222
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 2015-50 AND
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 18 TO CONTRACT 08-
DRH-211 BY ADDING A SUPPLEMENTAL COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AWARD WITH THE
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
(IDED) , AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Resolution 2015-50 approving amendment to Contract 08-DRH-
211 dated January 20, 2015, by adding a Supplemental Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) award in an amount not to exceed
$3, 000, 000 for the project total, plus General Administration
amount not to exceed $61, 224, for Multi-family New Production
Round 6 for the Grand Crossing project, by and between the Iowa
Department of Economic Development (IDED) and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby rescinded,
and
the amendment to Contract 08-DRH-211 dated December 31, 2014, by
adding a Supplemental Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
award in an amount not to exceed $3, 711, 224 . 00 for the project
total, for Multi-family New Production Round 6 for the Grand
Crossing project, by and between the Iowa Department of Economic
Development (IDED) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of March, 2015 .
