RESOLUTION NO. 2017-526
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 POLICE AMMUNITION
NEEDS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-525, approval of bid document, specifications, form
of contract, estimate of cost etc., in conjunction with the FY 2018 Police ammunition needs, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on July 10, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10t`day of June 2017.
