RESOLUTION NO. 2017-530
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AMENT DESIGN, OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR
A TRAFFIC ADAPTIVE SIGNAL SYSTEM AND FIBER OPTIC
COMMUNICATIONS UPGRADE, AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF
$122,423, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 10, 2017, between Ament Design, of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $122,423.00, for a
Traffic Adaptive Signal System and Fiber Optic Communications Upgrade, is hereby approved
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July 2017.
