RESOLUTION NO. 2015-221
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH BCS PROPERTIES, LLC OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated March 30, 2015, for the sale
and conveyance of City-owned property generally located at 1850
West Ridgeway, for $1 . 00 plus costs, for the construction of an
approximately 15, 000 SF Commercial Building, adding $2, 000, 000 . 00
of taxable value to the site, by and between BCS Properties, LLC
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of March, 2015 .
