RESOLUTION NO. 2017-535
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR
ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES, INCREASING BASIC ANIMAL
SERVICE FEES 3% PER CALL WITH THE CITY OF CEDAR FALLS,
COMMENCING JULY 1, 2017 THRU JUNE 30, 2018 AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that amendment to the Animal Control Services Agreement dated July 10, 2017, between the
City of Cedar Falls and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for animal control services, increasing basic
animal service fees 3% per call, for the period of July 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2018, is hereby
approved and Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July 2017.
