RESOLUTION NO. 2015-218
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2015 RIGHT-OF-WAY
MOWING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the 2015
Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2015 Right-of-Way
Mowing, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2015-
195 on March 16, 2015, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 30,
2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
2015 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of March, 2015 .
