RESOLUTION NO. 2015-212
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2015 STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS APRIL 20,
2015, AT 5 : 30 P.M. , IN HAROLD E. GETTY
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA
WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS ON APRIL 16, 2015,
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 20th day of April, 2015, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the 2015 Stump Removal Project, in the City of
Waterloo, with the taking of bids at 1 : 00 p.m. on April 16, 2015 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of March, 2015 .
