RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO APPROVE ORDER ASSESSING CIVIL
PENALTY FOR $300. 00 TO SAVE MORE FOODS, 1975
FRANKLIN STREET, WATERLOO, IOWA, AS APRIL 13,
2015, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 13TH day of April,
2015, for the purpose of approving order assessing civil penalty
for $300 . 00 to Save More Foods, 1975 Franklin Street, Waterloo,
Iowa for sale of tobacco to minor violation - first offense.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of March, 2015 .
