City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,at
her office in the City Hall,715 Mulberry
Street,of the said City on the 20th day of
July,2017 until 1:00 pm for the product of
ASPHALT EMULSIONS,as described in
detail in the specifications now on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference Room at City
Hall,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,on the
20th day of July 2017,at 1:00pm(Central
Time),and the proposals will be acted
upon at such later time and place as may
then be fixed by the City Council.
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed specifications and estimate f /
of cost for Asphalt Emulsions at 5:30pm 1(`.�
on June 24,2017,said hearing to be held
in the Harold E Getty Council Chambers
in City Hall in said City. The proposed Signed
specifications and estimate of cost for
said product heretofore prepared by the
Interim Public Works Director of the City
of Waterloo are now on file in the office of
the City Clerk for public examination,and
any person interested therein may file Subscribed and sworn to before me this
written objection thereto with the City
Clerk before the date set for said hearing,
or appear and make objection thereto
