RESOLUTION NO. 2015-206
RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
Parcel No. 8913-14-353-022 (952 Kern Street)
Second Addition to Grand View Place, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Third offense weed mowing administrative fee - $300 . 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of March, 2015 .
