RESOLUTION NO. 2015-203
RESOLUTION APPROVING WORKFORCE HOUSING
INVESTMENT PROGRAM (WHIP) FUNDING AGREEMENT
WITH HAMMOND HILLS DEVELOPMENT, LLC AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Workforce Housing Investment Program (WHIP) Funding
Agreement dated March 16, 2015, for State of Iowa tax credits
and/or other available incentives under the Workforce Housing Tax
Incentives Program, for funding of the construction of 52 new
housing units located in Hammond Hills Sixth Addition, by and
between Hammond Hills Development, LLC and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2015 .
