RESOLUTION NO. 2015-202
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE WORKFORCE HOUSING
INVESTMENT PROGRAM (WHIP) .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Workforce Housing Investment Program (WHIP) to provide
incentive funds from the State Program to the general public for
development of infill lots and other areas in which public
infrastructure already exists and such lots and areas are
suitably zoned for residential uses, but the land lies vacant and
underutilized, be and the same is hereby adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2015 .
