RESOLUTION N0. 2015-197
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-196, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with Parking
Management Services, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
March 16, 2015 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2015 .
