RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF GREEN ACRES STORAGE, LLC OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "C-P"
PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF 233-235 FISHER
DRIVE, AS MARCH 30, 2015, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL,
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 30th day of March,
2015, for the purpose of considering the request of Green Acres
Storage, LLC of Cedar Rapids, Iowa for a site plan amendment to
the "C-P" Planned Commercial District for property generally
located north of 233-235 Fisher Drive, to allow for the
construction of a new indoor storage facility, and legally
described as follows :
Tower Park No. 5 Lot 3, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2015 .
