RESOLUTION NO. 2017-551
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 ASH STREET
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 936.
WHEREAS the
City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Ash Street Drainage Improvements, Contract No. 936, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Ash Street Drainage Improvements, Contract No. 936, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 17, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the FY 2018 Ash Street Drainage Improvements, Contract No. 936, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July 2017.
