RESOLUTION NO. 2017-553
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 MANHOLE
INSPECTION - SERVICE AREAS 10, 11, 12, 13, CONTRACT
NO. 935.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Director of Waste Management Services of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2018 Manhole Inspection - Service Areas 10,
11, 12, 13, Contract No. 935, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Waste Management Services did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2018 Manhole Inspection -
Service Areas 10, 11, 12, 13, Contract No. 935, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 17, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the FY 2018 Manhole Inspection - Service Areas 10, 11, 12, 13, Contract No. 935, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17'h day of July 2017.
