RESOLUTION NO. 2017-559
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$47,500.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 EAST 5TH
STREET PARKING RAMP REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 930,
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated July 17, 2017, between AECOM Technical Services,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $47,500.00, in
conjunction with the FY 2018 East 5th Street Parking Ramp Repairs, Contract No. 930, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July 2017.
