RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION RELATED
SERVICES (CRS) AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL
SERVICES INC. OF WATERLOO IOWA IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PROJECTS CONTAINED IN FAA GRANT 3-19-
0094-0045 AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Related Services Agreement dated July
17 2017 between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $254,000, in
conjunction with projects contained in FAA Grant 3-19-0094-0045 at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July 2017.
