RESOLUTION NO. 2015-163
RESOLUTION APPROVING VEGETATION VARIANCE
AGREEMENT WITH U. S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS
AND THE CITY OF EVANSDALE, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Vegetation Variance Agreement dated March 2, 2015, to
allow for specific and limited variance from the U. S. Army Corps
of Engineers vegetation standards, by and between the U. S . Army
Corps of Engineers, City of Evansdale, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Attorney authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 2015 .
