RESOLUTION DEDICATING A 20 FOOT WIDE STORM
SEWER EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF LOT A IN
CROSSROADS RETAIL CENTER ADDITION, OTHERWISE
KNOWN AS 1931 SEARS STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
Storm Sewer Easement
That part of Lot A in "Crossroads Retail Center
Addition" to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot A;
thence along the East line of said Lot A South
00°18' West a distance of 5 . 53 feet to the Southerly
line of an existing Storm Sewer Easement;
thence along said Southerly line South 69043' 20"
West a distance of 58 . 62 feet to the point of
beginning;
thence South 11041' West a distance of 183 . 30
feet;
thence North 80°48' West a distance of 56. 22 feet
to the Northerly line of Sears Street;
thence along said Northerly line Northwesterly
