RESOLUTION NO. 2015-158
RESOLUTION APPROVING EMS CONTINGENCY PLAN
AGREEMENT WITH COVENANT MEDICAL CENTER AND
BLACK HAWK COUNTY DISPATCH AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the EMS Contingency Plan Agreement dated March 2, 2015, that
addresses how and under what circumstances patient transportation
will be provided in a given service area, by and between Covenant
Medical Center, Black Hawk County Dispatch, and Waterloo Fire
Rescue, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 2015 .
