The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in said City at 7:30 P.M., on July 22, 1968. Mayor Turner in the Chair. Present: Councilmen Cavanaugh, Cohea, Dykeman, Keller, Miller and Schmit. Absent: None. Rev. Kenneth Strecker, Pastor of St. Ansgar Lutheran Church offered the Invocation. 54793 - Moved by Cavanaughseconded by Dykemanthat the Agenda, as proposed, for the Regular Session of July 22, 1968, at 7.30 P.M., be accepted and approved. Motion carried, 54794 - Moved by K elle r, seconded by Cohea that the Minutes of the Regular Session held July 15, 1968, at 7:30 P.M., and the Minutes of the Board of Health meeting held July 15, 1968 at 830 P.M., be approved.
