The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Regular Session in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall in said City at 7:30 P.M., on December 9,
1968.
City Clerk in the Chair.
Present: None.
Absent:
55558 -
Councilmen Cavanaugh, Cohea, Dykeman, Keller, Miller and O'Connor.
There being no Councilmen present, the City Clerk declared the meeting
adjourned for lack of a quorum.
