REGULAR SESSION
AUGUST 11, 1969 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa met in Regular Session in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall in said City at 7:30 P.M. on August 11, 1969.
Mayor Turner in the Chair.
Present: Councilmen Cavanaugh, Cohea and Miller.
Absent: Councilmen Dykeman, Keller and O'Connor.
56932 The Mayor then declared that the meeting could not be held because
of the lack of a quorum for the reason that one Council member was
out of town on vacation and two Council members were out of the State
on emergency matters.
Moved by Miller, seconded by Cohea that the meeting be adjourned
until Tuesday, August 12, 1969, at 7:30 in the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at which time and place all the
items on the agenda for August 11, 1969, including the hearings on
Contract No. 162, Budget for Year 1970, and Board of Health Meeting,
will be presented for action,
On roll call, Cavanaugh, Cohea and Miller voted Aye. Nay: None.
Absent: Dykeman, Keller and O'Connor. Mayor declared the motion
carried„
