RESOLUTION NO. 2015-141
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JDE ENGINEERING, PLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 23, 2015,
in an amount not to exceed $46, 500 . 00, for construction related
services for the F. Y. 2015 Geraldine Road - Phase III, Contract
No. 871, by and between JDE Engineering, PLC of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day Yof February, 2015 .
