RESOLUTION NO. 2015-140
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH BENTON' S SAND
AND GRAVEL OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2015 GERALDINE ROAD
- PHASE III, CONTRACT NO. 871, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $514, 955. 64, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Benton' s Sand and Gravel of Cedar
Falls, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2015 Geraldine Road - Phase III,
Contract No. 871, in the amount of $514, 955 . 64, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 23r day of February, 2015, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said Contract, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said documents .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2015 .
