RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, FOR
PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF CARBER HEIGHTS
PLAT 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the variance to the requirements of the
Subdivision Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, for
Preliminary and Final Plat of Carber Heights Plat 1, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2012.
