RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO P & K MIDWEST OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF THREE (3)
AFM 4216 LAND PRIDE MOWERS, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$24, 601 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of P & K Midwest of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $24, 601 . 00, in conjunction with the Purchase of Three
(3) AFM 4216 Land Pride Mowers described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase with
Resolution No. 2015-52, after public hearing on January 26, 2015
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2015 .
