RESOLUTION NO. 2015-133
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO VAN WALL EQUIPMENT OF URBANDALE,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
2015 TURF MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $178, 357 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Van Wall Equipment of Urbandale, Iowa, in
the amount of $178, 357 . 00, in conjunction with the Purchase of
2015 Turf Maintenance Equipment described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase with
Resolution No. 2015-52, after public hearing on January 26, 2015
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2015 .
