It is recommended that this project be accepted.
Summary Statement
I report that Prairie Construction Co. Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, has completed the F.Y. 2011
MARK'S PARK PLAY AREA AND PERFORMANCE S 1'RUCTURE, Contract No. 773,
in accordance with the plans and specifications. The total cost of the contract was $880,534.00.
Transmitted also is the Maintenance Bond that guarantees the maintenance of this improvement
for a period of two (2) years.
