RESOLUTION NO. 2015-132
RESOLUTION APPROVING PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH AGAPE REHABILITATION AGENCY, P.C. D/B/A/
AGAPE THERAPY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Parking Lease Agreement dated February 23, 2015, to
lease eight (8) City-owned parking spaces located adjacent to
403-405 Jefferson Street for $100 per month expiring on May 31,
2020, by and between Agape Rehabilitation Agency, P. C. d/b/a
Agape Therapy of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 2015 .
