RESOLUTION NO. 2015-125
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH R & S COMMERCIAL
LLC OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to Development Agreement dated
February 16, 2015, adding $3, 150 . 00 to City responsibilities for
purposes of removing buried concrete foundation material from one
or more buildings formerly located on the site, by and between R
& S Commercial LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2015 .
