RESOLUTION NO. 2015-120
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY CEDAR VALLEY CORPORATION OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REHABILITATION
OF TAXIWAY B AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT, ACCEPTING THE WORK, AND RELEASING
THE $27, 290 . 33 RETAINAGE.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $545, 806. 57 in
conjunction with the Rehabilitation of Taxiway B at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the retainage of $27, 290 . 33 for the project
be hereby released.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2015 .
