RESOLUTION NO. 2015-119
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 16, 2015, in an amount not to
exceed $90, 100 . 00, for engineering services for Rehabilitation of
Taxiway A East, Crack Sealing on Runway 12/30, and Removal of
Trees at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2015 .
