RESOLUTION NO. 2015-115
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2014
BELT FILTER PRESS ADDITION, CONTRACT NO. 869.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2014 Belt Filter Press
Addition, Contract No. 869, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2014 Belt Filter Press Addition,
Contract No. 869, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution
No. 2015-13 on January 12, 2015, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
February 16, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2014 Belt Filter Press Addition,
Contract No. 869, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2015 .
