RESOLUTION NO. 2015-105
RESOLUTION CANCELLING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH OTTO AND KIM MACLIN OF ANACAPA
ASSOCIATES, LLC, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2014-919 IN ITS ENTIRETY AUTHORIZING THE
SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 506 REED STREET TO OTTO AND KIM
MACLIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement with Otto and Kim Maclin of
Anacapa Associates, LLC be cancelled, with obligations contained
in the bid packet cancelled except the $1, 000 escrow fee paid by
Otto and Kim Maclin to be retained by the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2014-919
authorizing the sale and conveyance of City-owned property
located at 506 Reed Street to Otto and Kim Maclin, be and the
same, hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 2015 .
