RESOLUTION NO. 2015-102
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY MUNICIPAL PIPE TOOL COMPANY, LLC OF
HUDSON, IOWA, FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
SERVICE AREAS NO. 15 AND 16 - PHASE I,
CONTRACT NO. 866, ACCEPTING THE WORK, AND
RECEIVING AND FILING TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
BOND.
WHEREAS, Municipal Pipe Tool Company, LLC of Hudson, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of
$769, 390 . 87, in connection with Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Service Areas No. 15 and 16 - Phase I, Contract No. 866, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the two-year maintenance , bond be received
and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 2015 .
