RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON A PARKING AGREEMENT
WITH AGAPE REHABILITATION AGENCY, P. C. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA TO LEASE 19 CITY-OWNED PARKING
SPACES LOCATED ADJACENT TO 403-405 JEFFERSON
STREET, AS FEBRUARY 23, 2015, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL,
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 23rd day of February,
2015, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a Parking
Agreement with Agape Rehabilitation Agency, P.C. of Waterloo,
Iowa to lease 19 City-owned parking spaces located adjacent to
403-405 Jefferson Street, and legally described as follows:
Lot 6, Block 6, Original Plat on the West Side of the
Cedar River, Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
