RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF GREEN
ACRES STORAGE, LLC OF MARION, IOWA TO REZONE
APPROXIMATELY 2 . 267 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED EAST OF 4015 HURST DRIVE AND SOUTH OF .
WEST SAN MARNAN DRIVE FROM "R-4, R-P" PLANNED
MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "B-P"
BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT, AS FEBRUARY 23, 2015,
AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 23rd day of February,
2015, for the purpose of considering and acting upon an
application of Green Acres Storage, LLC of Marion, Iowa to rezone
approximately 2 . 267 acres of land generally located east of 4015
Hurst Drive and south of West San Marnan Drive from "R-4, R-P"
Planned Multiple Family Residence District to "B-P" Business Park
District, to allow for the construction of a new 102, 090 square
foot indoor storage facility, and legally described as follows :
Lot 3 of Tower Park No. 6, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
