RESOLUTION NO. 2015-88
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPILL PREVENTION,
CONTROL, AND COUNTERMEASURE PLAN AGREEMENT
WITH WATERSMITH ENGINEERING OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan
Agreement dated February 2, 2015, in an amount not to exceed
$3, 500 . 00, for the Public Works Campus facilities, by and between
Watersmith Engineering of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 2015 .
