Iowa, except that part lying West of the west line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the

Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Deed in which Iowa political subdivision is grantor. Exempt from declaration of value,
groundwater hazard statement and real estate transfer tax.
Grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate against
the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, except as may be stated above.
