RESOLUTION NO. 2017-575
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS AUGUST 10, 2017 AND
THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS AUGUST 14, 2017, FOR THE
FY 2018 ADA BUS STOPS - PHASE I, CONTRACT NO. 937, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the FY 2018 ADA Bus Stops -Phase I, Contract No. 937, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction the FY 2018 ADA Bus Stops - Phase I,
Contract No. 937,be scheduled for August 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th day of August 2017, to
hold a public hearing in conjunction with the FY 2018 ADA Bus Stops - Phase 1, Contract No.
937.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
