RESOLUTION NO. 2017-580
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR 408 E. 8TH STREET IN THE AMOUNT
OF $369.01 AND 409 E. 8TH STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF
$88,AND AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK
HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments for 408 E. 8th Street in the amount of$369.01 and 409 E. 8th Street in the
amount of$88, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July 2017.
