RESOLUTION NO. 2017-586
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASPHALT EMULSION FOR THE
CITY'S RECYCLED ASPHALT PAVING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Asphalt Emulsion for the City's Recycled Asphalt Paving
Program, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc. in conjunction with the Asphalt Emulsion for the City's Recycled Asphalt Paving
Program, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on July 24th, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the Asphalt Emulsion for the City's Recycled Asphalt Paving Program, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July 2017.
