RESOLUTION NO. 2017-587
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASPHALT EMULSION FOR THE
CITY'S RECYCLED ASPHALT PAVING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-586, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Asphalt Emulsion for the City's Recycled Asphalt Paving
Program, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on July 24,
2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July 2017.
